Medical Services
Patient-Physician Relationship
Visiting our website or submitting an appointment request does not establish a patient-physician relationship. A physician-patient relationship is established only when you receive care from one of our dermatologists in person or through an approved telehealth consultation.
Appointments and Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Insurance and Payment
- We accept most major insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify that our practice is in-network with your insurance provider before your appointment.
- Co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services are due at the time of service.
- You are responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance plan.
- We offer payment plans for certain procedures and services. Please inquire with our billing department for details.
Cosmetic Procedures
Cosmetic dermatology procedures are typically not covered by insurance and require payment in full at the time of service. We will provide a detailed cost estimate before any cosmetic procedure.
